KeymasterI need to replace the ignition module on a Moffat GSC5062W gas cooker.
The unit itself has Type BF80066-01, Data 1402D Lotto 4557, 0.6VA on it.
It’s Mains powered with 6 outlets. As the mains terminals are screw and the outlets are small spade, a generic unit might do.
Any idea where I can get hold of one?

Ignition unit is p/no 3427544-01/4, c£30 from memory. An email with the part number to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get things moving for you.

That’s excellent, I’d been searching for ever to try and find some way of coming up with a part number – without luck – before finding this site. thank you to all the helpful people out there and of course penguin45.

I`m in need of exactly the same module, the BF80066-01,alas for different cooking hob. Thus, can I use this number with ordering from UKWhiteGoods shop?
Apart from that, Penguin45, how did You manage to get this number? It is not printed on the module itself.

The part number is an Electrolux one Msokol, they own Moffat and using the Moffat model number we can find the info.
I answered your email earlier regarding the same, this part may well be the same as the one fitted to your De Detriech hob but it cannot be guaranteed.
If you let us know your model number, I’ll check the details for you 🙂

Well, I know this might sound strange, but I am positive about that… De Dietrich cooking hob had that ignition unit installed. The hob`s model is DTE 372 (5 gas burners). I`d send a photo if I could…:)
De Dietrich servicing dep. was deeply surprised that this module was found in their appliance, and I was unable to find a spare, only this thread gave me a hint…:)
This is the link to the module`s producer webpage:
