ikea 401.451.57 blowing thermal limiter

The customer complained this whirlpool appliance making a humming noise on the fan setting. I’ve had it apart and on test and it hasn’t made the noise.
It then blew the thermal limiter, which I replaced because I thought it could have been that making the noise. It was fine on test but when she went to use the oven after it was dead again.
I’ve been through all elements and fans and bulb,nothing is short or leaking voltage.
any suggestions please?

I am assuming the cooling fan runs ok and runs on after its turned off

have you check stat temp as it may be high

how do the wires and connections to the stat look? bad connection can cause extra heat and blow stats

The cooling fan is only running on conventional oven setting.
