    Wooooohooooo Penguin you are the bomb!! I did as you said when I got in from work, and couldn’t believe when it actually finished the prewash!!! Then put all the dishes in after food, and hey presto – they are clean!!! Thank you ever so much, you’re a star! Do you know what had failed and or what caused it?

    You’ll need to keep an eye on it – the false code will be caused by a corruption issue. The dispenser unit and the mains suppressor can both cause spurious errors. If the problem recurs, get some help to check it out properly.
