Ikea Fan Element

I need a fan oven element for an Ikea oven. I’m not sure which is the model number but it is variously marked 500 656 40; OBI C10/S and Type FCSM6. I looked at the Elementman website and they list an Ikea element 481925928823. Is this the right one? I can get it from Connect but it looks like I have to buy 2 😕 The price for one is £20.79, the price for 2+ is £8.99 each 🙄

OBIC10S is a badged Whirlpool oven. Whirlpool part no for the oven element is 481225998405 retail £36.98 incl
This is a common element so I would imagine that there is a pattern one available.

The 500… number is the one and it’s a Whirlpool 🙂

Genuine part number is 481225998405 which is a bit of an oddball one using the part number, no alternative 😕

Looking closely at the picture on SIOS I reckon a small bracket Whirlpool one will fit but then the picture could be useless.

Thanks gents, Masterpart don’t even show a price on that one so it can’t be that popular. I measured the old element and I think it is close to an Electruepart ELE4535 so I will try one of those. I know I could just pass on the rip-off price of a genuine element to my customer but they have already had a raw deal on this oven as it is only 18 months old.

I fitted the Electruepart element but it’s not ideal as it is a bit eccentric with respect to the fan. Perhaps someone will bring out a correct pattern element in due course
