Ikea oven

Hi I have an ikea oven which may well be a whirlpool. I think the element has gone in it as it is taking ages to cook anything I think only the grill element is working! I have removed the fan cover plate to access the element but there isn’t 1!!!!!!! I’m now very confused as I can’t figure out where it will be

A model number at the very least would help but really, we’d need the 12NC number from the rating plate.

It’s a bit like asking what’s wrong with my Ford car and not telling anyone what one you have.
