this starts and stops trying to empty all time .bone dry in base and float microswitch seems ok .. clicks up and down . any ideas guys . also how do get into diagnostics on these ?

also those stupid hose clips they use. instead . of jubilee ones . is their a tool to get them off and on ?

clips are easy to get off. normal screw driver and gently prise the loop. use side cutters or pincers to tighten
