    Hello UK White Goods,

I have a slimline Ikea Renlig DW45, and it stopped switching on – no lights/ noise. I think it must be the fuse or a component in the control board which has blown. Anyway, I am not a particularly handy person, and my partner is convinced that I will cause a fire if I try to replace any of the components… A call out to get it fixed is £99+parts, so it’s not worth it. I’m thinking about getting a replacement….

Is there a new Ikea slimline model (integrated) which is decent that I can just replace the faulty one with? And is the Ikea Renlig DW45 a sliding or fixed hinge model? I’m thinking it’s fixed, and I am hoping to replace it with the Beko DIS16R10 Fully Integrated Slimline Dishwasher which is a fixed hinge.
Thanks so much for your help!

From what I can find ( which isn’t much as it’s about ten years old). The DW45 is a standard slimline fully integrated dishwasher. So yes the Beko you mention will fit.
