Ikea/Whirlpool DWF 415 problem (error light)

Hi Everyone,

My dishwahser decided to not play ball at the weekend and with a small child this is a nightmare 🙂

I haev a DWF 415 Whirpool bought from Ikea and the problem seems to be that it starts up but stops after about 10 seconds and the light blinks 6 times before pausing and then repeats the 6 blinks.

I tried calling the helpline however they tell me they no longer have a techniocal support line and would only send an engineer out.

I have tried re-setting the machine but still get the same problem when it re-starts. Can someone please advise what the error message means so I can decide if I can repair it or if I need to get an engineer out.

Oh I did look back for information on this but could not find anything in the search.

Looks like a fill problem. Short of checking tap is switched on and inlet hose is not kinked you will need an engineer for this one. Check out Repairs@ on LHS of screen.
