IKEA Whirlpool DWF 416 wont drain out

Hi there, I’ve got an IKEA dishwasher about 3 years old that won’t drain out. 😕
It was about 5 minutes into its program and I noticed a puddle of soapy water at it’s base. On investigation the sump inside the dishwasher was full of water and I can only guess it was just coming through the door seal. I cleaned the mesh filter and the unscrewable one and rooted round through the mucky water in the hole below the filters and didn’t find any blockages. The water won’t go away.
No error codes have been flashing and when the door is shut the dishwasher continues its cycle.
The dishwasher is plumbed into the sink waste and that drains away no problem so I don’t think there is a problem with the house plumbing.
Any ideas at all? I’d be grateful for any help. 🙁

Do you mean that the tray under the machine is flooded?

The inside of the machine, i.e. immediately below the bottom drawer and where the filter mesh etc is. Thanks
