Fault code – 3 flashes, indicating Heating system defect. Heater or relay on control board defect. Wiring to heater seems in tact. Water is cold, tablet not dissolved when code starts. Have run diagnostics How do I get to the control board to check the connections for the two white wires which disappear to the door. If they are OK it’s time for a technician to call and electrically test these components. Thanks.

PCB is in the control panel. Slacken screws 2 + 4 on the door inner and push the decor door down to remove. Control panel can then be removed with a couple more screws. You can test the resistance of the heater from the top – the various connectors are marked for function. 25-30 ohms is acceptable.
Power off first, obviously.
