Ilve Brittania 964PCMP Oven Selector Replacement

I have an Ilve Free standing oven.

The oven selector was broken off and I have a P/N A/034/08 Selector switch to install.

Can anyone assist in how can get to access the selector so I can replace it?

Does Top have top come off?

Can I just remove front panel. Any information is appreciated.

With a lot of these type of Cookers you have to remove the top to gain access

Since you are then playing with gas components it is best carried out by a gas safe engineer

They’re not too bad to get into Dave and the gas lines don’t need disrupted to do so.

But the top does need to come up to get to the switches, yes.
