    Would be better impressed if Herr Miele made some spares for his products more affordable. That would show a more believable commitment to a ‘fix it, dont bin it’ philosophy IMO 😯

    But Madmac you miss the whole point of Miele’s concept. They keep it all ‘in house’ and from the inside their replacement parts costs are not an issue. You’re on the outside looking in don’t forget. They have got it right, they will be around for a long time yet.
