I was looking ot see who’d been the biggest knob lately, tough call but I’d be going for andyjawa.

Got it in one, I know a while back he did mention some personal issues in his life but who hasn’t had them at one time or another, how does he find time to work. There is often the odd bit of good advice in his posts but it is drowned by the rest. Massively long posts, constantly lauding the virtues of cheap Chinese gear. Throwing out the odd snide comment or dig at other trade members who have the temerity to recommend certain manufacturers products and recently naming Don in particular, just because one individual had a problem with Miele.
My pet hate however is how, even days or weeks later he will jump into a thread that has been successfully and concisely answered by other trade members and fill it with his constant ramblings.:mad:

every time you see his name your in for an essay
gave up reading his post to the end long ago as i get bored by the third line

he has answered post from years ago that were well closed with incessant ramblings as you said above

has obviously got nothing else to do because unless he can touch type it must take ages to write

Just edited a post that Marsha2007 answered which was over two years old. IP address suggests America. You can tell from the grammar used they are not English.

“After some thought I`ve decided to call the whole appliance answering questions thing a day. seriously though, in a way I will miss his ramblings and to be fair all he ever wanted to do was help the public.

You will even miss him slagging you off for promoting Bosch Don? 😀 To be fair he was never rude but the way he jumped into threads that had already been fully answered and resolved did annoy me a little. Not sure I ever managed to get to the end of any of his posts tbh.
