    Hi all

    Any ideas on this one,

Customer rang and said the knob was continually turning,Iasked him to check how many times the lamp was flashing, he said twice.

He rang back later said the machine was working OK.

Seems it only worked once,as he rang again to say he was still having a problem.
Called to fault ,set up machine on wash prog door switch opperated light stayed on , nothing else happened.
Reset program tried it on empty prog same thing.

Checked live through door switch OK,Live and Neutral getting to Module OK.

I suspect a problem with the module, any suggestions 🙁 ❓

Hi If this machine comes on charges door lock and does nothing, I will virtually guarantee its the motor. Check for continuity through all the pins. Also check (depending on model) that the link wire from the heater to the motor connector block (usually black wire) has not broken off the heater connector.
