machine spins drains, but wont wash, can here heater comin on but, no control o thermistat. when turn down to cold wash no click, an if mind shud start to distrabute. any tips guys? 😆

Think those old ones don’t start to distribute till temperature is reached. Try bridging across the variable stat (think there’s only two terminals?) to make it think temp has been reached. Probably stat is obsolete by now though.

Set it to the rinse cycle and the drum should turn if it is the thermostat at fault. Check brushes and tighten the connector strip on the PCB.

havent got that far yet. no cilck when turn state down. was in rush didnt have time pull m:achine owt 😆

The vari-stat starts and stops the timer at the heat position – it does not turn the heater on and off.

i remember if u wanted to get the machine to advance an distribute on wash u turn to cold on state. do this an timer doesnt advance an no turn, as i say no click/. wat u wrekin mate state?
