indesit ban12 fridge/freezer

frost in freezer, fan going which should blow air to fridge, bottom vent is clear from freezer to fridge but no air coming through on top vent. there is a valve with a vent cover on obviously to adjust airflow but have no air coming through at all. any ideas?

i have known the chamber in between the fride part and the freezer part block with ice … try defrosting it for 48 hours then run it up again
