custimer says the front right hob dosn’t work. he has replaced regulator , no fix, so replaced hotplate no fix. either he has wrongly re wired the
regulator or there is a hidden fault.
can anyonr supply a wiring diagram for the hob? especially a wiring diagram of the regulator wiring..

I would check the links in the terminal block first!

clyde, this is a separate hob..no cooker/oven involved.
all wiring from a terminal block to either individual hot plates
or their associated regulator..no links apparent on the t/block.

I have had one the same as this. Front right not working.
I changed the reg and it still didn’t work.
The one I had was a problem with the block. I think the live side of the block had about 3 connections on it even thought the live wire for this ring was connected to the block the bit it was connected to was not live.
I moved the wire over one connection and it was fine.
