We left an ernomous leg of lamb on the glass top of our indesit hob and the juices from it appear to have run down the rubber seal on the controls and the whole thing tripped the main fuse box. I’m not daring to switch this back on as I can see fat and oil inside if I look down the hole where the controls go. Does anyone thing this might be repairable?

Your advice is very much appreciated.

    HI Izzy,

Sorry for the slow reply on this one.

If it’s damaged the electronics then it wont be cheap to repair, but will be repairable in any event it’s only whether it’s worth it or not that’s in question.

    K.
