I just received a flyer from Connect today. The first two pages are about Indesit and Connect.
The most interesting part is a quote from Indesits business Manager, David Hazzard.
“Independents continue to play an important role in the development of our sales, offering a unique personal service to the end customer”
It is interesting to know that we independents figure in their plans 😯 The profits from independents buying their spares would be more accurate.
If they cared about the “end customer” then they should help us independents out by providing us with a bit more help in keeping their brand name healthy. A TDS type disk would a great help would it not? also realistic prices for spares, so as the end user would not be “fleeced” 😥
Writing off 18 month old appliances because they are “Not Economical to Repair due to high spares prices is not very good for their brand name or the environment.
