indesit d/w idl530uk

hi chaps
this machine runs through the complete cycle but will not heat .
no error lights,heater is fine bottom right stat is ok and temp sensor on door is in place.the pcb shows no sign of the usual burning or dry joints.
everything points to a pcb fault but this is a brand i dont normally work on
(mates machine) so i am not sure if i am missing something.

any advice would be much appreciated

If no dry joint, try replacing relay. Cut open old one, you may find contacts burnt.
