    Hi,
further to my last post the anti flood switch had been tripped but already sorted that out, my problem now is with the pump itself. I have taken the moter out, replaced the capacitor on the side which dodnt work i know have the actual white water pump part itself on order but im not entirely convinced that this is the problem. If i power up the moter on its ownb it doesnt kick straight in but ive had it tested at my local service centre and they have said the moter is fine but there has to be a THIRD wire to the capacitor i cant find this wire and i am completely convinced there was only two conected to it when i took itout. Can onyone tell me if they know how many wires connect to this capacitor?

(if i cant sort it it looks like a new dishwasher is on the way 😥 )

Incorrect – the capacitor is spurred internally from the motor, the live and neutral feed is to the plug.

Two wires into the motor, two wires only to the capacitor, due to internal link in the motor.
