Good afternoon, our indisit dishwasher has ceased to pump all the water out at the end of the cycle. It apears to do everything else, wash, dry etc but just doesn’t pump the water out.
I have connected the pump directly to the mains and it pumped ok so can only assume a fault elsewhere.
Can anybody suggest a next step?

    Thanks in anticipation

Blocked sink coupling? Kinked/trapped drain hose?

So what you’re saying is that the pump is OK, but the machine itself is not switching the pump on?

PCB failure for sure in that case.

    Thanks!!
Is it an easy job to change the pcb? and are they expensive, I guess i’m going to find out one way or another lol

Three months later…….. My Mrs would have divorced me by now! There is no PCB – this appears to be a time controlled machine. Same general principals apply – it ain’t switching.

An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and ask for a C00090761. Not too many wires to fit, but absolute concentration required – if you drop a stitch, we can’t help you.

If you’re not sure, get pro help – use the repairs@ link for a UKW engineer in your area.

    Re: indesit D63

Hi Penguin, thanks for being so prompt, yes it’s been three months and we’re still washing up by hand…. in this day and age!
Actually she was never too happy with how the machine worked anyway, but I’m not sure if we were using it right, I had read the comments on the site about salt etc but the cups, plates etc always felt if they had grit stuck to them even after we’d cleaned the machine and kept sale levels up.
Anyway I have mailed the spares address you gave me and may be back for more advice.

    regards

    John
