    Any ideas why the tablet/detergent door will not open automatically and any easy remedies?

    Almost certainly the solenoid on the dispenser will have failed – replacement dispenser required. P/no C00075748, spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get one for you promptly.

    Power off if you intend to do this yourself.
