Indesit DDD 5340CIX

hi everyone,

The top oven of our indesit double no longer heats up, I suspect it’s the top oven base element but I need some advice on accessing.

Do I need to pull the unit out and access from the back? I can’t see anything obvious from the front.

The fan oven element and both grill elements can be changed from the front.

if the oven does not heat at all it cant be the base element.
this oven uses the grill element and the lower element so either both have gone or its something else

I could have explained that better.

Grill is fine, in fact I recently replaced the element. Oven works but doesn’t reach full temperature which is why I suspect base element, just need to know how to get at it.

most likely at the back

you have to part insulation

look for the terminals thats the way it comes out
