Indesit DE73

Hi.

I have a indesit de73 dishwasher which has had quite a few problems which so far i have managed to rectify. Unfortunately it now has a fault which I am unable to find information about. Indesit do not want to know as the machine is over a year old. The machine has the little sun/star icon flashing rapidly in the display and just sits there. It will reset the timer and select a new program, but will not begin the cycle. The sun/star sybol constantly flashes no matter what position the reset/program dial is in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.

Upon examining the machine again I have found out when I put the machine into a new program, Instead of running the machine shows the drying symbol in the display and also the flashing icon mentioned in the first post. The machine does not show any fault codes such as “A01, A02”
