Indesit DE73 (Evolution) D/Washer – sticking on prog.

Hi folks

Went to this today – lady complaining that it intermitantly sticks on program still spraying hot water after about an hour – display window showing 802.

Asked her if this could be A02 as this could be a fault code but insisted that it was 802?

Run through pre-wash prog and all water levels seem ok. Asked her to try and get the machine to do it again and re-note the display.

Could this be bunged up tubes underneath – but would have thought it would have afected water level on fill – heater must be working ok cuz it heats. Bummer is that it is intermitant.

If it is A02 what is the most likely cause you folks out there come across – book says Heater Relay, Themistor or Safety Stat – Heater would apear to be working ok unless it is breaking down.

Any pointers would help before a return vist as not done many of these.

I am sure this must be a A20 fault that is coming up – still waiting for customer to comfirm.
