Indesit DG6145 controler won’t move on

Hello,

I put the dish washer on last night and it was still on 2 hrs later at the start of the cycle.

If I turn it by hand – force the knob round a click or two, it will go onto the next step of the wash but it will not move on on its own.

What makes this move – is it motor driven?

How do I get to it to replace it?

How much?

The timer is motor driven yes, if that is the problem it would require a complete timer unit, not too bad at about £40 with VAT etc though 🙂

Power off if checking further please :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer to do conclusive checks for you 😀
