Indesit DI 61 – Controller NO LED’s

Hi,
Hoping for some help on the above.
Push button broken, stuck down, so replaced.
No LED’s on display – checked door mechanism and continuity Ok.
Replaced controller module – worked OK.
Next time swithed on NO LED’s

Has anyone any ideas what could be the problem apart from the merloni quality.

Perhaps its because you are trying to wash clothes in a dishwasher. 😉

Merloni and quality do not belong in the same sentence. 😥

Now I’ve had my little bit of sarcastic fun I have moved your post from the Washers & Dryers forum to the correct forum. 😀

You need to check if you have a circuit of any kind going into the PCB, mains plug removed and multimeter time, check door switch again first, if they seem OK then you could have another faulty PCB . 😥

Is there any sign of damage on the PCB that may have been caused by a faulty component such as the heater?
