    Hi,

I have found that my dishwasher is not draining. I have taken out the filter and all the rubbish that I could see, but this does not seem to have helped any.

Please can someone give me an idea of what to do next. Should I open up the machine to see if i can find any blockage?

Be aware that I am a total novice in this dept, so any advice, will be greatfully taken.

    Thanks in advance

    Stuart,
To solve this the drain pump will almost certainly have to be removed and stipped to find the obstruction. Owing to the design masterpiece which is the Indesit dishwasher, it has to come out of the housing and EVERY body panel has to removed in order to get the undertray off. 🙄 Then, one screw will allow the drain pump to be removed…….

Seriously, I’d get some help; it is an extremely awkward one to solve and even I don’t like doing them, and I’m a professional!

Check the Directories section for a local UKW engineer or pop your post code up here and someone will pick up on it.

    Regards,

Depends where you are, also he will be taking into account that the machine is integrated – it’s all about time…….
