Does anyone have a definition of the cycle light error codes please ?

In particular – Indesit DI62 Dishwasher – On all programs. Set Program, close door, motor starts up and residual water pumps out. Motor keeps running and program doesn’t start. Open door again and motor stops and program 1 light flashing ( as if program 1 has completed).

    thanks

Flood protection activated – the base under the machine has water in it. Drain it off to reset the float switch. If it repeats the problem you’ll need to find the leak.

    Power off first, of course.

    Thanks Penguin45

It’s been standing doing nothing since saturday.

I tried it again tonight before I starting ripping it out from under the worktop – heh presto – it’s working.

Hopefully the warm kitchen has evaporated some of the water.

At least I know what the code means and how to fix it if it happens again.

    thanks again for your feedback

A thousand apologies for raising a thread from the dead, but I’m having the same problem but can’t see exactly how to access the base tray to drain it.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Power off, towels down, lean it back.
