    Hi
    I have one of these with the lights 1&4 lighting up. (There are only 4 lights on this model) The customer also say’s that it is not heating.
    On the fault code book this indicates a software error. Would this need a new PCB ? or is there another problem that it could be.

    Module is a common cause of no heat on these, worth checking the heater first though.

    Worth while checking the board too for a dry joint at the heater connection, often just needs re-soldering!
