INDESIT DI620 dish washer really noisy

My dishwasher has started making a loud vibration constantly when its running.
A bit like have a spoke in the wheels of a bike! 😕

I have taken the trays out to rule them out and its stil there.

Im thinking of repairing it myself but could do with some suggestions as im not too clued up on these.

Something caught in the wash pump, perhaps?

It’s a cow to work on – very awkward access from under the machine and getting the hose clips to re-seal is tricky.

Power off if you do feel the urge to go in.

I think i will have ago at it.
Do you think there is a good possibility that it could be trapped debris instead of the pump actually being shafted?

Rasping noise is likely to be a foreign body. Squealing, grating noises are more likely to be pump on it’s way out.

i have just took the bottom off and the first connection i took off had a mangled plastic baby spoon in it!!!

Im going to test it now, fingers crossed!
