Two different PCB’s, have you got the right one?

    Before serial number 61020.0000 its a C00143206.
    After serial number 61020.0001 its a C00143222.

Did you check the heater for insulation as well as resistance/continuity?

TBH the large exposed elements are not as prone to failure as the tube one though.

    Jim.

The 100bit tiomers have a small plug on the side of them some are connected with wiring others may just have a resister connected to it, if you have forgotton to take this of the old board and fit it to the new one, you will not get it out of the test mode as this plug identifies which model of appliance it is, i have had a couple of cases when this has happened.
