indesit DI67 d/w

machine is not heating element and stat are ok and there is juice at them but it wont heat up! any ideas ? its proberbly something silly im missing

Sounds like heatewr relay in the module to me.

You may find that that the relay in the module switches on the neutral side and this would account for power at the heater, or you may be gettig a false reading from the heater

I thaught if the relay went there wouldnt be any juice at the element?

Sometimes these boards will power the heaters etc with live and neutral going through them and only one side of the power supply will go down thus giving live to the heater but no neutral.
