Indesit DIF04 fault. Cycle not starting no flashing lights

Hi there, I hope somebody can help.

My DIF04 dishwasher had decided to stop working. The machine allows me to select a program as normal and when I close the door it beeps to signal the cycle beginning but alas nothing…..

Any ideas??

It is symptomatic of a break in the wiring harness between the inner and outer door.

That sadly doesn’t sound like an easy fix… I have just left it on for an hour, there is half inch of water on the bottom and then home has heated up to steaming point but has done nothing else. Does that still sound like the issue? I appreciate your help

No, sounds like the circulating pump has seized if it’s heating the water yet not circulating?
