Indesit DIF16 two flashing lighst

Hi…the first two lights are flashing and the manual tells me it’s the solenoid valve malfunction alarm and that I should call assistance. Can I change this myself? If so, where is it or how do I locate it.

The machine’s been in storage for 6 weeks as we’ve moved house…it was given a thorough clean before we left…

Did you turn the tap on? Is the water supply getting to the solenoid valve (located at the end of the inlet hose by the way)?

Hi and thanks for the reply. Water is going into the machine but not draining out. When you say at the end of the inlet hose…do I have to take the back off?
