    model DI450 ukc (made in china)
    s/n 709178275

    Client reports element glowing RED,water in base of machine bubbling

    I persume it was on cycle for longer han normal, when he opened door to investigate

    I suspect themostat,,but could it be PCB related??

    main pump motor should be running to shower element and keep it cool
