Indesit Dishwasher

Hi,
I live in Malta so getting an engineer is not that simple. I have the No4 error light and I understand this indicates a problem with a thermal device clipped behind the soap dispenser. I have spoke to several parts suppliers and Indesit themselves and the part is attached to a circuit board and can not be supplied separately. I wonder if any engineer can help confirm the fault diagnosis and perhaps supply just the thermo part I need. Mike

Have you actually had a look to see if the thermistor (ntc) is still behind it’s clip? It can fall out and give this fault but just needs pushing back in place.

You have been informed correctly, the ntc is only available hard wired to the pcb, not available as a separate part.
