Indesit dishwasher DIF04UK Dead

Call to the above dishwasher, fault reported ‘first 2 lighs flashes now machine is completely dead.

I am getting power to the control PCB but the machine will not switch on or display any lights.

There are no earth faults or damage to the PCB.

I have assumed this is going to be another control board, is this a common problem on these, it’s the first of this type I’ve seen?

Also, I couldn’t find the heater, there is a NTC clipped to the sump but I had the sides and the base off this machine ad I couldn’t see the element anywhere?

heater sits on the front of the circ pump, if its a module you will need a smartcard for it aswell

Thanks smartin that was going to be my next question.

If I get a smartcard will it come already programed or will I need a reader?
