Indesit dishwasher Fault code A10

Morning all,
went to look at an Indesit dishwasher model IDE1000 UK, yesterday showning code fault code A10, open or short fill valve triac. Machine fills ok if reset from switch off, but as soon as the PS appears to set, it flashes A10 and pumps out. Can’t make out what its not happy about as the inlet valve fills ok. Any ideas what else this is telling me? Could the valve not be switching off when it should, ie going into over fill? If the triac is shorted would the inlet valve continue to fill? so triggering the dump.

If triac had failed in the open position, you’d get fill and pump (from flood protection) together.

Short c/t heater can cause this or a leak onto terminals

Had this about a month ago. Tried p/sw, module, heater, teated motor all to no avail. She then got Ariston out and even with their 5 yr parts guarantee they couldn’t fix it so she bought a Bosch off me and is now very HAPPY!!!
