Indesit dishwasher flashing light 1

Good afternoon all,
My indesit dishwasher has started to get a flashing light one with an intermittent beep. It does still fill but slowly but then does not start the cycle. I checked the base and it is dry. I tried pulling it out and emptying the water and it started to work but only for a week.
Is it worth a repair?

assume you have checked the tap is open fully
if yes sound like it may be a faulty or blocked valve. check the valve filter
