PLEASE HELP GOT AN A10 FAULT SHOWING THIS A NEW PRODUCT TO ME AND FILL VALVE OK. FILLS STARTS TO WASH THEN ERROR CODES CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP THANKS

Well A10 does indeed refer to a filling fault. Either the valve is faulty (and you’ve eliminated that 😉 ) or the fill valve triac on the module is faulty? It also states in the error codes list that once the A10 error occurs the machine drains for 30 seconds? But in your case you say it goes on the wash?….very odd, typically Indesit…. :rolls:

hi, any fault to earth on the heater can be recognised by the module as a valve fault

thanks for your help did change module but makes no difference will check heater to earth thanks
