Hi, The 4th green led light is flashing. Would someone be able to tell me what fault this represents please?

Hi Chris, Thanks for your reply. Only recently changed the heating element on this one? Also changed pcb thinking it maybe a relay? It worked fine after changing the element for a couple of times, but then stopped again? I’ve checked the wiring, that seems okay. any other ideas please?
