Hi, This machine is 14months old, it’s leaking from the left hand side. I can’t seem to cure the problem.
Also the customer says it’s not drying at the end of the cycle?
Has anyone got any suggestions. (apart from scrapping the bloody thing)

I have one ATM with a detached pump – not fitted properly from new; all the mounting lugs were broken off but it was screwed in place!! They have just had it installed in their kitchen but unfortunately, it had been sat in the garage in a box for the last 13 months so out of warranty!! First time they used it, it flooded the kitchen!! The new pump won’t fit!! The lugs broke off as I fitted it!! 😈 It’s a Haier – chinese made heap: so not surprising!!
Have you checked the retaining ring on the salt compartment? I have had several that are loose and leak with no perceptible trace. Also leaky seams are not uncommon.

Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply. This heap! is leaking from the door on the left hand side somewhere. It actuly isn’t that much just a few drips but the customer isn’t happy. They also say it isn’t drying at the end of the cycle? No fault code coming up though.
