Voltar, how do you ge to the sump / thermostat? I have the same problem with mine and would love to be able to finally sort it out! Also does anyone know what A03 eror code means?

Na Alexa its purely to bridge the conductive gap between thermostat face and base of stainless steel of d/w so that it can sense temp as they seem to construct them with a gap so temp is sensed incorrectly.

No, no, no – an intuitive understanding of conductivity and common sense, as demonstrated by the field service engineer. Well, you have to compensate for the design wonks somewhere……….

Still don’t know what error code A 13 means, i jiggled with the rinse aid dispenser and nowt happened. Still got error code 😥

All this hilarity is all very well, but we’d better answer the question.
A03 is a fault with the temperature sensor – can be sensor, wiring or computer board.
A13 is a failure on the computer board to trigger the soap dispenser.As these are both potentially complex issues to resolve, it’s probably engineer time.
