Model WIE137SUK.
Partfinder shows two different seals, C00093345 & C00110326 but it doesn’t give any information about them at all. :rolls:
Customer rang to say his dog has chewed it so I have not been out to it yet.
Just spoken to him again and he says it does have the hole for the detergent recovery system in the seal.
Any Indesit/Comet bods have any idea which is the correct one. 😕

just usual Indesit confusion I guess. No doubt a different EE prom to go with the differrent door seal. 😆

Just received a C00110326, guess what, its the wrong part. There is no hole for the detergent recovery hose to plug into. 👿
Does anyone know if a C00093345 has a hole in it, the picture at Masterpart does not show one. 😥

just looked on connections and europart they show it as c00110326
the diagram for that and c00093345 don`t show the hole for the hose though

It is bloody annoying, Partfinder shows one seal, lists two different part numbers but there is nothing at all to differentiate between them.
Just phoned the customer again and she is adamant that there is a large 10p sized hole at 6 o’clock in the seal. :rolls:

HELP.
It might be a case of going round with the one I have and bunging up the small branch hose in the sump hose.
A good excuse to uncork another bottle of wine tonight. 🙂

Hopefully you will find the customer has got the wrong end of the stick and it doesn’t have this hose. I must admit, my advice was based on knowing the earlier type seal doesn’t have the recovery hose 😳

Customers, don’t you love em. :rolls: Spot on Phidom. I asked her if there was a 10p sized hole in the middle of the door seal and she said it had.
What it actually had was the small, square drain hole at the back. 😥
C00110326 was the correct one. 🙂 God knows why it lists two, the only difference I can see on the other seal is that it has the V shaped protusion at the top left to help push the clothes away from the inner drum lip.
