Indesit Dryer too hot

Hi i went to this Dryer about a month ago could find no obvious fault but changed the stats to be on the safe side , the customer says the clothes are v hot when taking them out , i asked if she was interrupting the cycle she said not, i put the dryer on fan only cool down and it did not get warm the model no. is

just a further thought are there any other stats apart from the two above the heater

Not sure about other stats but surely if the clothes are ‘allegedly’ very hot at the end of a cycle then whatever controls the cool down period is at fault, not the stats?

Hi iadom apparently they come out ok ie. cooled the machine is in a garage so unless she is interupting the cycle and feeling the clothes i cant understand what the problem is , i will speak to her again thanks for your input

It’s a difficult one for sure. We have all encountered the customer who insists her machine is doing something that you know is physically impossible and it is hard to humour them.
