Indesit DV620 probs

Hi, Can you advise, I have ben working on an Indesit DV620 dishwasher today that would not fill. I have changed the inlet valve, checked the water pressure and pump but all seem OK. I have checked the base of the machine and no water laying there but the first green light (prewash) flashes continually, makes a beeping noise as if it is going to start then nothing.
Apart from what I have checked, could this be the PCB.
Any advise would be great

Light one flashing is supposed to dignify a flooded base but you should also hear the drain pump running at the same time, might be faulty float microswitch, wiring or indeed even the PCB, they are very prone to failure.

😳 Been away in the Lake district for a couple of days, lots of eating and drinking….hands still a bit shaky. 😀
