Not draining, this is the short story version, full of water and muck paper, cling film etc, wash button & prewash flashing pump humming but not draining.
Fit new pump not original so cut of push fit plug and rewire with connectors
test on rinse & hold and completes OK.Customer phones later in the day saying she cannot choose a programme and dial goes back to rinse and hold with rinse light flashing she also says that two months ago Hotpoint fitted a new timer.
Going back tomorrow, any info on this much appreciated.
PS Asked her to do a few resets but to no avail.
