indesit electrical fault

hi guys, hoping someone can help me. i have an indesit iwc6145 washer..the problem is this afternoon my wife turned it on and after 2 minutes it tripped the mains on the house… tried to drain and spin that works ok.. its just when you start the cycle full or empty same thing happens. i phoned indesit and they have told me that it is a blockage..i`ve checked the filter and thats clear. the machine is under warranty as its only 5 months old. but i have to wait a week for a service engineer to come out.. is there anything i can do or check that wont void my warranty. thanks hoping someone can help me….

I see then that Indesit are no more helpful now than they were when I was selling their stock, and it’s been over 11 years since I left that job 😥

i know a week is a bit long, and they could have given me more info as to me it doesnt look like a blockage,, but i`m no expert
